Operate and Troubleshoot of Platform Facilities:
1. Taurus Gas Turbine Compressor, Electric Gas Lift Compressor, Gas Engine Compressor (ME-2000 and KH GLC CAS-100X), Gas Engine generator, Diesel Generator, Gas Turbine Generator, Air Compressor, Chlorine Generator, Test Separator, HP Separator, Gas Scrubber, Heat Exchanger, Water treatment (DGF and CPI), EST (Electric Static Treater) Separator, Fire Water Pump, Cooling Water Pump, Gas Lift Compressor, Crane Operator, Texsteam Chemical Injection Pump, TEG (Glycol) Pump, RO W ater Maker, Oil Shipping Pu mp, Cond ensate Pump, Serv iced Pump, Sump Caisson Pump, Hot Oil Pump, Flushing Pump, Switch over power generator, Oil Plant, Gas Plant.
2. Able to operate and maintain well and familiar with typical oil / gas production flowing well, Sub Sea Well and Gas lift well.
3. Laboratory measurement of water cut (BS&W), oil content, pH, SRB, iron/chlorine content and analyze crude oil sample for API Gravity.
4. Familiarize and able to handling Oil & Gas process with Distribute
Control System (DCS) Yokogawa Centum CS 3000, Yamatake DEO-Harmonas. And Ability to conduct Operations Process upset – Trouble Shooting, familiar to operate DCS system, production optimization.
5. Familiarize with procedures of oil and gas process start-up and Shut down.
6. Experiences in handling Chemicals.
7. Experiences in Pigging operation.
8. Experience in pedestal crane operator.
