LPG plant supervisor

Supervision to carry out all the operation on proper and safe way

Experience:
•Experience with LPG sweetening, Fractionation, Compression, Power Generation, High pressure boilers, Gas Turbines, LPG Tanker Loading.
•Proven leadership skills-LPG Supervisor, Plant shutdown/turnaround leadership responsibilities, working directly with the maintenance planner to co-ordinate& plan shutdown activities.
•Responsible for issuing safe work permits,
•Ability to take initiative and think creatively, Ability to recognize and anticipate abnormal process conditions and correct them with minimal amount of plant upset.
•Shift supervisor during conversion of LPG plant control system from Pneumatic control to distributive control system in March 2002 and again when the control system was upgraded to the “Honeywell PKS system” in 2008 (live changeover).
•Oversaw commissioning activities on plant expansions – Compressors, fuel gas system, refrigerated storage tanks and settlement basin.
•Team player, computer literate excelling in an environment of responsibility and challenge.
