• Monitoring and implementation of policies that has to do with badge and personnel administration in security Dept. of NLNG
• Record keeping, Reporting, investigations, audits and assessments of scheduled jobs and works carried out to responsible lines
• Fire fighting and emergency response. These are regular exercises being carried out as the need arises to keep personnel alert in the event of actual occurrence
• Listening to, understanding, empathizing with, helping with and solving issues that has to do with workers welfare that are under my direct supervision
• Scheduling jobs and duties in other to meet set targets and goals taking into consideration companies policies on tasks and targets
• Coordinating activities and supervising others. This is in line with my job responsibilities as sectional supervisor responsible for badging and administration duties
• Working under pressure with little or no supervision to meet tasks and targets. The job of badging is a very demanding job. And I’ve been able to manage the pressure posed by this job as Nigeria LNG Limited prepares the badges of all the contractors and sub-contractors that are involved in the construction and engineering project of the Nigeria LNG.
