RELEVANT PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2008: Employed as 2nd Deck Maritime Officer for Chevron/ Agbami FPSO Oil Search (West Africa) Ltd. Responsible for the ship safety and security maintenance and navigation issues, conveying and coordinating an 11 man crew members of M/V Mamola Responder, for assistance of a Maritime drilling ship and Ancillary vessels in the Gulf of Nigeria.
2005-2007: Employed as 2nd Deck Maritime Deck Officer for CMA CGM International French Maritime Lines on a different vessels, container and passengers carrier. Responsible for all day-to-day running issues for the crew members, bridge, navigation and passengers. This position also included sourcing and purchasing of all navigational documents and GMDSS Radio equipment to maintain and running of those. Further tasks were surveillance on portuary operations and ship’s security systems and as a small fast rescue lifeboats coxswain, maintained serviced and repair all safety equipement, for both crew and passengers.
1997-2005: Employed as an A.B.Helmsman for MARIMA GEOGAS Swiss Company on a V-Ship International Maritime Lines, LPG tankers and CMA CGM container carrier and passenger vessels. Accountable for the ship security, bridge assistance and watching, ship operations, deck hand. Ensuring the operations were manned at all times and that all tasks were undertaken and managed with professional integrity.
