Writes drilling and workover programs for oil development wells. Writes well completion reports. Monitors daily drilling operations and provides technical and engineering support to drilling operations. Evaluates new drilling equipment and procedures to reduce cost and increase drilling efficiency. Initiates studies to solve drilling problems and recommends ideas to enhance drilling performance.

Supervise and coordinate drilling, completion and workover operations through consultation with Senior Drilling Operations Engineer and Head of Drilling Operations. Implement the programme after collaborating with the drilling operations engineer to develop and plan safe cost effective operations that accomplish the well objectives within the allocated budget and ensuring that the drilling equipment is adequately maintained for minimizing operational downtime.

Direct and supervise the drilling and completion fluid preparation, Monitor and preserve the mud/brine specifications for each well section, Direct any changes in the mud/brine parameters,Assist Company’s representatives in the identification of potential drilling hazards and help determine corrective actions where applicable to the drilling mud, Keep the chemicals stock at the well site organized and tidy .

*Good knowledge in horizontal & deviated well drilling techniques.
*Good reaction with drilling problems (lost circulation-angle deviation-sticking and torque pipe-swelling and caving shall-twist off pipe-equipment failure: bits, tools, rig…) because I’m perseverant and I have wild searching view.

*Supervision all vertical and horizontal wells completion or testing operations such as perforation, swabbing and ESP /PCP pumps installation.

*Supervision all workover activities such as Isolate water source by set bridge plug or squeeze cement job, wash out sand, pumps repair or troubleshooting and PLT jobs….etc.

*Good knowledge in Preparing mud systems (SPUD mud-KCL POLYMER mud-KCL GLYCOL mud –FLO PRO mud-SLICATE mud and completion fluids).

*Good Awareness in waste management and HSE issues and knowledge in Safety procedures and standards, And it’s related to my graduation project in oily waste water management in Khartoum refinery.

*Good knowledge in mud software’s (mud track –one trax).
*Good knowledge in Drilling program software’s.
*Good knowledge in Microsoft office programs (Word-Excel-Power point-Access-outlook)
*Good knowledge in programming languages (Pascal-Basic-Fortran-C++).
*Good communication and dealing skills (Telephone-Fax-Internet).
*Good knowledge in AutoCAD program.

*Good driver and I have Sudanese & Qatari driving license.
