Dakhni Gas Processing Plant basically process the sour gas and liquid streams containing substantial percentage of H2S, a dangerous and hazardous gas. The role of quality control is very vital and pivotal in this context. Being an integral part of installation, Q.C lab. Monitors the operation of gas plant by analyzing various samples round the clock so that design specs. must be achieved.
Similarly the products are monitored closely before delivery to customers to ascertain the product specifications as per established market standards.
As a Chemist & Incharge, I manage all the Q.C monitoring activities and developed an effective coordination with processing/operation and the other hand with customers like SNGPL, refinery, & LPG marketing companies.
