Head of Engineering, Maintenance and Production Workshop for the Venezuelan fleet (30 ships) in the Naval base in Puerto Cabello Venezuela, manage and supervise the execution of mechanical & naval engineering projects for new ships or modifications the old, develop the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance program to the marine main and auxiliary machinery rotative and reciprocate: Gas Turbines, steam turbines, boilers, pumps, gearboxes, generators, switchgears, motors, hydrodynamic and rolling bearings, propulsion shafts, propellers, compressors, Air Conditioning, refrigeration, deck machinery and others.
Head and founder of Predictive Maintenance and Dynamic reliability department for the Venezuelan fleet (30 ships) in the Naval base in Puerto Cabello Venezuela, manage coordinate and supervise the execution of the predictive maintenance program (for example balancing, alignment and WPA, UOA, NDT and NDE) to the marine main and auxiliary machinery rotative and reciprocate: Gas Turbines, steam turbines, Diesels, boilers, pumps, gearboxes, generators, switchgears, motors, hydrodynamic and rolling bearings, propulsion shafts, propellers, compressors, and others. Integration with multidisciplinary groups in the early and advanced stages of design of ship machinery and hull for reducing the vibration performance of the final ship, supervise procure, installation and commissioning of the main propulsion machinery. Sea trials, vibration surveys prior to dry docking and after dry docking.
Participated in the RCA of the fleet to improve their availability.
