Work as a Consultant in DIMENSION ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY as an MECHANICAL Engr. /Inspector,(FIRE FIGHTING , HVAC, CHILLED WATER ,DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY , DRAINAGE ) Review shop drawing, approved/ reject work inspection as per approved SHOP DRAWING, standard specification as per tender documents and actual site installation inspection, material inspection based on approved material submittal, sending site instruction letter to main contractor based on non conformity installation, NCR and Bill of quantity review. Inspection for exposed /concealed PVC conduit for LIGHTING and POWER, RMS ,inspection for BUS BAR BRACKETS, LOOPING FOR POWER AND LIGHT, material inspection, CONTAINMENTS,FIRE STOPPING MATERIAL ,Load Schedule inspection with incomer and outgoing circuits. Meggering. Analysing/reviewing shop drawing with regards to lighting and power circuits, substation MDB,ACB,SMDB,ESMDB,DB,EDB, to distribution boards to every flat as per DEWA regulation.





Work as a Site Engr in MEP Installation HVAC, FIRE FIGHTING, PLUMBING CHILLED WATER, in Dubai International Airport Project Terminal 3 Concourse 2. Handled 150 total manpower including supervisor, foreman, and charge hand.
Coordinate with QA/QC regarding installation and material. Weekly report based on actual progress, 1 week look ahead program for installation; coordinate with main contractor for urgent areas/ critical areas to be finished, reviewing approved shop drawing for clashes and bill of quantity of material to be ordered ahead of scheduled time. Give weekly report to Sr. Engineer about progress and consistent communication with the CONSULTANT about work inspection and snags.



Supervised on the installation of 2 x 500 kilowatt Diesel fired CXZ MAN B&W 8L 20/27 Generator Sets amounting to 80 million pesos ($1,464,047.99) project. Location in Casiguran, Aurora Province owned by NPC.Document Project progress regularly to the company’s top management. Performed start up and commissioning of the said engine together with CXZ delegates.

Line check header pipes with respect to test packs (P & Id), Locating by it’s piping orientation namely on north, south, east direction and elevation. Installing valves from flange to flange, hoisting pipes by chain blocks and crane, and connecting pipes, spool to spool regardless of sizes, lengths and materials.
