It is a Kuwait Petroleum oil field servicing company, it is a leading contractor for the Kuwait Oil Company(KOC).Napesco will take over the contractors from Kuwait Ministry companies like KOC and Kuwait National Petroleum Company(KNPC),to do oil field cementing,acid,stimulation,rigless jobs and submit to the ministries.Napesco uses heavy equipments like Coil Tubing units(CTU),Down hole Tools(DHT),Drilling,Workover,Stimulation,Fracktank,Banana for various units in all over the Kuwait


Position: Accountant

Dealing with petty cash payments daily wise on IOU basis, Transfer to General Ledger daily basis and Posting the payments and payables. Booking of Local Purchase Orders in Oracle Financial and Preparing of Suppliers Cheques, Handling and Finalization of Expense reports daily basis. Settlement of Business Trips issues in Oracle Financials. Preparing and Issuing of Salaries to the Company Employees those who do not have account in the bank. Dealing with Human Resource Department module in Oracle financials for any deductions those who took advance payments. Preparation of Job invoices for Kuwait Oil Company, Joint Operations, Finalization of sales and revenue Account. Verifying of Stock Undertaking with physical quantities in Warehouse. Taking care of various documents from all departments.
