I am currently responsible for entire hiring/recruiting process for Cairo office through locating, interviewing, assessing and hiring highly qualified calibers. I am also responsible for recruiting through ESG Consulting for US technology leaders including IBM, Google, eBay…etc as an International recruiter. My duties cover designing recruitment techniques and strategies, phone interviewing and qualified calibers for both functional and technical vacancies along with maintaining communication channels with hiring managers in different location to finalize recruiting cycle effectively saving money and time for both clients and candidates.

• An authorized 2 month training certificate as a translator from The Egyptian Gazette (an Egyptian newspaper released in English for foreigners). That was a summer internship in the summer of academic years. ( 2002-2003)
