From July’07 working as Instrumentation Engineer in Oman Formaldehyde Chemical Company LLC (OFCC), Mina Port Sohar. Responsible for Erection/Commissioning and maintenance of Instrumentation. Worked with “Yokogawa”, “Emerson” DCS, “Siemens”, “Allen-Bradley” PLC’s and also looking after Office LAN, Time Access and ERP system.

Experienced In Field Instruments: -
• Maintenance and calibration of Fisher, Masoneilan, Honeywell, Korting ejector, Parcol, Gulde, Fisher Xomox control valves.
• Smart transmitters using HART protocol.
• Different Types of Level Trolls used in Fertilizer Industry.
Experienced In Panel Instruments: -
• Emerson Delta V- DCS, Siemens, Allen Bradley PLC
• KANON filling Stations with Ian Fellows Weighing system
• TEKEMAS & K-TRON Smart Bulk Dry and Liquid Feeders
• CENTUM ~CS DCS System of M/s YOKOGAWA and got special training of
Service and system maintenance at Singapore.
• Complete knowledge of Bently Nevada Vibration Monitoring System (7200,3300, & 3500 Series)
• PLC and Relay based ESD system designing and faultfinding.

• Online analyzers like Urea (Polymetron), Ammonia (Brann-Lubbe), Oxygen (H & B)-Paramagnetic/ Zirconium type, Silica (HACH), Infrared CO-CO2, CH3, H2 ,CL2 etc.

Experienced In Calibration & Repairing of Electronic Instruments: -
• Knowledge of calibration Standards, Traceability, Uncertainty, Accuracy, Calibration of Master, Standard and Field Instruments.
• Knowledge of multi layer hybrid PCB’s repairing, Repairing NDT equipment’s such as Balancing Machines – IRD-245/880, Helium detectors etc.

Worked as Manager Instrument in KRIBHCO. KRIBHCO is one of the largest Fertiliser Plant in South Asia with a Turnover of Rs.1000 crores.
