Procurement Supervisor (April 2008 –till date)
• Supervise, train and administer Procurement Dept. personnel (10 people).
• Manage 20M inventory every month inbound to meet production requirements. Generate E&O report for opportunities for rework on obsolete parts / design change.
• Supply / Demand Analysis and Expedite / hold off shipments to ensure Just in Time delivery, monitor GR/IR issues. Internal controls and practices are regularly observed for improvement.
• Negotiation of pricing, delivery and quality – Vendor performance and monthly scorecard reviews.
• Monitor and update the vendor performance reviews and continuously ensure SAP is in sync with Supplier database to avoid any anomalies on high lead time machined parts.

Logistics Supervisor (Feb 2007 – March 2008)
Halliburton Energy Services (Canada), Alberta
• Regional & International Shipping of Oilfield service equipments from the manufacturing plant.
• Preparation of Export/Import Documentation for 52 countries in compliance with Export regulations.
• Negotiation of freight rates and reconciliation of invoice statements from Freight Forwarders / Crater.
• Monitor and update the Freight Status, preparation and submission of NAFTA Certification, Dangerous Cargo Documentation.
• Supervision and administering the logistics operations related to Customer Service, Invoicing, and Post Good issue on SAP/R3 platform.
