EXPERIENCE :

1. Service in IPCL(Reliance) since 1979. Last worked in VCM (Vinyl Chloride Monomer) plant. The plant has sections such as Tank farm, High temperature chlorination; Light ends removal, Incinerator, Distillation unit, Compressors, Effluent treatment Plant etc. I am well familiar with all these process and their operational details. I am also on control room panel.
2. I have also worked in DMT (Dimethyl Terapthalate) plant for 10 years. The plant had sections like Distillation, Crystallization, Filtration, and Large tank from storage area for raw material handling
3. I have worked in shift duty and have handled Start up, Shut down, Emergency and Routine day to day normal duty.
4. During my collage education I took training in Cibatul India Ltd. Atul, Valsad, Gujarat and Navsari Oil Products, Navsari.
5. I have work have during the commissioning of the plant dealing with contractors, on contract people and emergency situation also.
6. I have worked in GCCI, Libya as EDC operator in VCM plant in field as well as on panel in rotating shifts
