· Manage and control day to day administration and operation of general services includes camp facilities, manpower movement, food & catering, logistic and transportation including helicopter usage.

· Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee development issues (i.e. career planning & development, performance appraisal system, etc.) to assist the management in making the right decision and actions.
· Responsible to assist the management to set up, prepared, develop and maintain the company policies and collective labor agreement and prepared all Administration procedures such as Working Procedure, Industrial Relations Procedure, Recruitment Procedure, Compensation Procedure, Finance & Accounting, Transportation, Logistic Warehouse procedures etc.
· Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee development issues (i.e. career planning & development, performance appraisal system, etc.) to assist the management in making the right decision and actions.
· Control and arrange Helicopter cost and usage, camp services, transportation, warehouse and accounting activities at site Tanjung Ulie, Halmahera.
· Analyze, review and control, all benefits processed by subordinates to ensure that all are based on the company policy and procedure.
· Analyze and comparison of salary data with data survey from consultant to plan of increase new salary than submitted to the management for further approval.
· Resposible to control and review Finance Accounting, Logistic Warehouse system and issues.
· Responsible to assist the Administration Manager for providing strategic and supervision to the HR and General Affairs function such as recruitment, training & employee development
