JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and analyse construction means and methods, work techniques, sequences and procedures.
2. Prepare programme of works, labour chart and cashflow.
5. Attend site, coordination, management & engineering meetings
6. Revise and update programme of works, labour chart and cashflow.
8. Monitor site progress and work programme & updates related to all activities & sub-contractors.
9. Co-ordinate with the Estimation Department for variations / work change order details.
10. Enforce QA/QC, Health & Safety ISO procedures and quality finishes per company standards
11. Prepare, submit and follow-up for Monthly Valuations.
