Field Experiences
•Operations department / Control room.
Basic operations of steam power plant and hydrogen plant

•Laboratory department.
Quality control of the boiler feed water

•Boiler department.
Boiler and auxiliaries maintenance.

Duties
• Assist in plant routine maintenance and daily readings taking.
 System synchronisation.
 Water treatment , Demineralisation of water and resins regeneration.
 Production of hydrogen and hydrogen plant maintenance
 Samples collection for analysis in the laboratory
 pH test, iron test, chloride test, silica test, ammonia and hydrazine test,

M-alkalinity and hardness test(carried out on lagoon water) on samples.
 COD analysis on sewage samples
 Flowlines and Pipelines inspection and lagging , flowlines and plant supports

inspection, snubber inspection and maintenance.
 Assembling and disassembling of safety valves, lapping of the disc and seat.
 Furnace, gas-air heater and force draft fan inspection and maintenance.
 Boiler drum inspection: Dye testing, hydro testing, hydrocyclone inspection
