Our company is a Spain based Engineering & Procurement Contractor of Saudi Aramco for construction of variety of projects in oil refining and petro chemical, natural gas & upstream, power, infrastructure etc. I worked as Purchasing Coordinator at Rabigh Development Project (Refining).
Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator
My Responsibilities:
•Preparation, negotiation and implementation of purchase orders. Analyze, prepare, negotiate and implement agreements, in order to reduce the cost of the delivered goods and services at perfect timing Search, select, qualify and propose the most competitive suppliers for technical goods, in order to reach the business and targets.
•Receiving material request from different division and technical crew and in put the same in the data base.
•Sending request for quotation to the corresponding suppliers of each material.
•Assessment of quotation specifications, prices and shortest delivery to issue purchase order.
•Obtaining technical acceptance in case required and ensure delivery completion accordingly.
•Purchase data base administration and modification of program to fulfill each requirement by expanding in more convenient way.
•Prepare MR completion report through Data base.
•Prepare total report according to material code and show up if any balance items to be delivered.
•Software development for necessary data storage and maintaining zero balance accordingly.
•Ramex Gulf(UAE):

The company has been involved in many projects related to Traffic Monitoring
Systems and Equipments; sales, installation, maintenance and operation for:
Speed Radar’s, Red Light Camera Systems, Traffic Monitoring Systems and other related systems for the police departments in the UAE (Dubai Police, Sharjah Police, Ajman Police, Ras Al-Khaima Police)

Responsibilities:
1.Developing and adding new functionalities and features in order to enhance the current system RADARLUX.
2.Installing and configuring our system over the client's servers.
3.Making sure that the installed system is working correctly.
4.Synchronizing the database of the client with our database.
5.Maintaining the errors that may occur with clients.
6.Connecting with radars by using wireless equipment.
