 Key Job Responsibilities:
Currently working in the processes of PM-01, PM-06 Three Layer Paper Machine for production of various types of Board.PM-05 Single Layer Paper Machine for Production of various grades of Paper. Also working in the area of flexible packaging.

 Projects Done:
Brief description of projects completed are as follow:
• Water Management on Paper Machine:
To minimize fresh water usage by effective use of machine returned white water for chemicals dilution & preparation, in high and normal pressure showers, in broke system and for the slushing at OCC plant.
• Waste Reduction on Corrugators Plant:
I have worked in the project for waste reduction, process improvement and for quality improvement on corrugator’s plant

• Enhanced plant’s product yield by exploring the waste generation areas:
Enhanced plant’s product yield by exploring the waste generation areas. Generated a technical report resulting in the introduction of clean pack 750 centri cleaners in the system.
