As an HSSE professional I’m responsible for providing specialist advice and support on health safety security and environment as applicable. Am also accountable for taking actions that would result in the implementation of the HSSE Management Systems processes and influence management of HSSE risk ;

• Conduct on-site surveillance and reporting during the construction phase of
the project to Ensure Contractor compliance to Legislative and established
Project HSE standards.
- Review, compile, analyze, and interpret contractor HSE Key Performance
Indicator data to determine causes, trends, and relationships of
injury/illness, major severity potential Incidents and all other unplanned
events.
• Conduct investigations, audits and assessments as appropriate.
• Inspects the place of employment, by visual observation and mechanical
testing equipment, to observe and report on potential violations of any of
the above HSE standards

Key Accountabilities :
• The development of HSE leadership expectations, standards common processes
and tools to be used across all the aspects of the Programmed team to achieve
world class HSE performance
• The development and monitoring of HSE performance metrics and measurement
tools across the Programmed
• HSE goals and objectives that underpin the delivery of the Programmed HSE
plan.
• Coaching and supporting the implementation of the Programmed HSE Leadership
standards, common processes and tools across the Programmed
