GATRON is the producer of PET RESIN in the Pakistan. Gatron has its Continues polymerization plant and Technology from Zimmer AG, Germany, and the solid state Polycondensation plant and Technology from Sinco Engineering, Italy. The Gatron use DCS (Distributed Control System of Fisher Rosemount Delta-V system V8.3,V7.4 ) for process control. Plant Capacity is 125,000 metric tons/ per Annum of Bottle Grade /Textile Grade PET RESIN. GATRON produced the highest quality PET RESIN bottle grade and Textile grade polymer named ¡§Gatronova" PET Resin.¡¨
Duties and Responsibility
„h Controlling and monitoring the process parameters by DCS (Delta-V of fisher-Rosemount As per given instruction and procedures to achieve the safe and smooth plant operation. And ISO requirements.
„h Monitoring the process equipment parameters in field and reporting any abnormalities to Shift Engineer
„h Filling up process equipment shift log sheet
„h Switching over Equipment as per Schedule for PM.
„h Equipment preparation for Preventive Maintenance
„h Additive preparation
„h Sampling of product to Laboratory for product analysis
„h Start-up and Shut down of the plant in case of power breaks down.
„h Trouble shooting of the plant.
„h Following (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures for any specific job
„h Writing log book
„h Giving detail Shift change to coming shift
