PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 10+ years in gulf industries.
I) (MARAFIQ) POWER AND WATER UTILITY Co. ¡V K.S.A, 2007-2009.
Currently employed as, DCS & SCADA ENGINEER for water treatment plant and more than fifty (50) remote SCADA stations at royal commission area yanbu.
Job Responsibility: To provide, supervise and improve the maintenance, problem rectification and fault diagnosis activities in DCS / SCADA based controls system and applications in a large scale process plant.
Activities: Here built a highly organized systems and project-teams to improve the productivity in terms of diagnosis and troubleshooting of process control DCS systems, SCADA telemetry systems / HMI packages and PC networking technology solution on administration platform of standard engineering application. As well as. Developing control logic & Implementation, Programming controllers, defining communication links, configuring visualization and distributed I/Os, Solved the warning, critical / emergency problems on DCS / SCADA and industrial Network (TCP/IP protocol) VLAN, data link modem and radio communication system etc. Include routine maintenance and others technical support responsibilities.
Used leads from weekly meetings and seminars for more progressive results, Maintained the stock of necessary required spare parts to achieve the work tasks within time limits. Update status of works notifications through SAP and submits all progress report to the departmental head.

• SCADA (Mitec-based) • RTU (Mitec-33110) • SWITCH/HUB (3COM- 4005main & 3300).
• Data-Radio / Line Modem (Integra / Motorola - xxx) • SMU (MOTOROLA¡VAccess way 3460).
Specific work-experience in,
• Good knowledge in Star / ring architecture, RS232/RS485, Fiber Optics, Client server architecture, Time synchronization, Bay computers.
• Solution of telemetry data-communication systems via different links and media.
• Read and understand the PID / Loop diagrams, Instrument-control / function-block and electronics diagrams.
• Have the knowledge of national and international safety standard and environment protection awareness.

QUALIFICATION PROFILE:

ľ Education. : B.E. (Electronic) Mumbai University, Maharashtra-INDIA.
ľ Computer literacy. : MS Explorer-Win 2000/ XP/ NT / NT Server etc,
Microsoft Access Database and SAP (Maintenance Management Module).
ľ Certificate : Passed and obtained a Certified IMS Training at Marafiq.

Key-skill: experience in Control systems such as DCS, RTU, SCADA and other control systems. All technical solutions with extensive IT-based (engineering-diagnostic-tools) work environment. Including extensive knowledge in, advance Instruments and OPC control systems installation, Commissioning & testing and maintenance activities.
