• Responsible for installation, commissioning, Operation and maintenance of instrument equipment, Devices, Controls Panel, Control Valve (Pneumatic and Hydraulic System) PLC and SCADA based system (PLC SCADA Programming) , DCS programming, PLC Ladder Logic modification, SCADA screen modification, Loop checking, Fiber Optic Cable.
• Responsible for calibration of the Field instruments (Pressure gauges, Temperature gauges, Pressure Transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitter, Temperature elements, I/P Converters, Magnetic Flow meters, Vortex Flow Meters).
• Accountable for instrument calibration, failure analysis, instrument rectification, control panel troubleshooting.
• Stroke checking of the Control valves, Shut-Off Valves, SMART Positioned type Control Valves

Project Name : “INTELLIGENT INDUSTRIAL LOAD MONITORING SYSTEM”
Description : In industries the work can be done in different sectors, with different electrical machines, different machines draw different currents. To monitor the load manually for individual machine is a typical task and tripping of overload is also very difficult. For monitoring these parameters a controlling unit can be connected to all the machines. The controlling unit monitors the load of individual machine, and a trip if over load occurs. Here the load sensors, LCD and relays are interfaced with the microcontroller. The controller monitors the load of individual machines, if any one of the machine is overloaded and trips then the controller displays the machine number in the LCD. Then the monitoring and identification of the machine, is easier for the workers.
