§ Prepare and issue Invitation To Bid (ITB) Documents after coordinating with construction and field engineering team, collecting and reviewing the information including drawings and specifications and bill of materials from various departments
§ Tender openings and review of the commercial bids
§ Bid Tabulations
§ Attending clarification meetings
§ Preparation of Evaluation Reports
§ Preparation of Contract Agreement/Work Order/Purchase Order
§ Attending Kick-off meetings,
§ Review and verify subcontractor’s monthly progress valuation and invoices in accordance with contract agreement for Piping, Equipment Erection, Structural Erection, Painting, Wrapping & Coating, Refractory Works, Insulation works, Fireproofing works, scaffolding works etc.
§ Review of cost category of site notices issued by various sections before forwarding to contractors.
§ Preparation of cost estimates and forecasting increment, if any, in price of various contracts
§ Evaluation, discussion and negotiation of subcontractors’ change proposals for preparation of change order by coordinating with Construction and Field Engineering teams, and by interpretation of Contract articles and Annexes, such as, Scope of Supply / Works, Specifications, Drawings etc
§ Evaluation, discussion and negotiation of New Unit Rate Change Proposals
§ Attending weekly commercial meetings with Contractors.
§ Preparation of “Estimate At Completion (EAC)” reports & other cost related reports.
§ Preparation of Cash flow reports forecasting contractor’s invoice value
§ Assist in review of contractor claims and collect relevant data for evaluating and assessing the claim
§ Final Accounting
§ Contract close-out
§ Preparation of EPC Contractor’s Change Proposals to Client (Petrorabigh) and clarification of related queries
§ Preparation and Maintaining of all relevant databases related to all activities indicated above
