Camp Administration: Daily Camp office activities. Making arrangements for employees like Transportation, food for night shift employees and other works. Coordinating with accounts department for the camp office Payments and coordinating with payroll administration for salaries and overtime of camp employees. Preparing reports about camp administration & employee problems.
Employee Relation: Dealing with employee’s grievances at site and camps and solving the issues amicably according to disciplinary rules of the company. Taking (verbal-Written) disciplinary actions against employees according to Minor and Major Misconducts. Counseling with labours regarding problems like homesick, frustration and Job related.
