Mud Engineer

Now I'm Seeking for a challenging position as a key person in multinational company working in Petroleum or Petrochemical field services utilizes my skills to the maximum.

I have fifth years experience as a Drilling Fluids Engineer and Drilling Operation with Oil Services. I worked over Different rigs in Chevron Pacific Indonesia with most of known mud systems, familiar with all the drilling operation and equipments

RESPONSIBILTIES ( AS A MUD ENGINEER)
-Formulation and Engineering of Drilling / Completion Fluids.
- Kick Prevention, Detection and Control
- Developing and Recommending the Proper & Efficient Mud Programmed for Rig Operations.
- Performing Field Supervision on the Mud System in use ensuring its Compliance to the Approved Programmed.
- Updating well Information such Information Includes Depth of Well, Properties of chemical, Amount and Cost of Materials Used, Etc.
- Estimating the Mud Materials and Chemicals Required for Drilling each phase.
- Performing other related duties such as discussing Mud Related problems with the Company Reps and The Office Based Drilling Fluid Personnel.
- I Familiar my self with the Company Client’s HES Policy, Procedure, Regulation and Objectives as they related to my area of Responsibility. Ensuring that work under my control in a safe and Environmentally sound manner.
- Maintain Continuous Check the Mud on the Mud Properties and Report the Properties in Daily Mud Report.
- Ensure that Adequate stock of Mud Chemicals is Available on The Rig. .
- Completing the Mud Cost Report and The Mud Materials Used and transferred.
