ƒÍ Preparation and Maintaining of Quality Records as per ISO 9002 requirements

ƒÍ Witnessing of Industrial valves Inspection & Testing (GGC, Ball & TMBV) as per standards API 6D, SAMS 48 & SAMS 51.

ƒÍ Witnessing of Sand blasting and painting inspection for offshore tank form works and pipelines accordance with the contract specification and standards.

ƒÍ ƒÍ Interpretation of Radiographic inspection as per API 1104, ASME 31.1, ASME B31.3 & ASME Section VIII and BS Code.

ƒÍ Inspection of oil Storage Tanks (Floating & Fixed Roof) as per standard API 650, BS 14015 and contract specifications.

ƒÍ Conducting and witnessing of Vacuum Box Test for Tank ages.

ƒÍ Conducting and witnessing of MPI test for tank ages.

ƒÍ Witnessing of Ultrasonic Test Inspection.

ƒÍ Conducting and witnessing of LPI test for tankage welding and pipeline weld joints.
ƒÍ Inspection of all site Quality activities for Cross Country Pipelines as well as above ground terminal piping and Offshore Jetty Piping.

ƒÍ Worked as a key person for NDT coordination and Radiographic Interpretation as per API 1104 & ASME spec

ƒÍ Involved in Hydro testing Activities and also prepared Pipeline History Sheet for the same.

ƒÍ Inspection of weld joint fitups, weld visual in accordance with ASME B31.3 and 31.1

ƒÍ Regular follow-up of Radiography in order to keep the Radiography percentage within control as per contract specification

ƒÍ Assisting Documentation works of all quality activities

ƒÍ Inspection of Heavy duty Industrial fans and Shell dish ends.

ƒÍ Inspection of structural steel works and Offshore Marine Structural works as per AWS D1.1

ƒÍ Inspection of Casing, Impeller, Hub, and Shafts base frame for heavy industrial fans.

ƒÍ Co ¡V ordination with Client inspectors and third party inspectors
