* A strategic planner with extensive experience in budgeting, planning and managing plant operations to meet production targets within the cost and time parameters.
* Proficient in developing vendors and managing maintenance activities with proven ability to reduce machine downtime and bring efficiency in operations.
* Holds the distinction of receiving numerous awards during the career; presented papers on Operational Safety in LPG Plants.
* Effective communication, problem solving & relationship management skills.

Plant Operations / Production Management
* Heading and supervising the overall operations of the LPG Storage and Bottling Plant with a total workforce of 250 people.
* Formulating operating budgets, taking measures to achieve optimum utilization of the available funds and cost control.
* Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.
* Actively involved in planning for materials, developing vendors to obtain timely procurement of materials and equipments to facilitate smooth production process.

Project Engineering
* Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of modernization and capacity expansion projects, ensuring completion of assignments within time and budgetary parameters.
* Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects.
