Responsibilities:
Interface with the Suppliers Local Agent to confirm delivery dates, acquire required documentation (Shipping Manifest, Quality Databooks, and Technical/Operations Manual)
Assist Quality engineers in the pre job inspection of Well testing, Wireline, Coil tubing, Tubular running equipments.
Monitor & Facilitate manufacturing status reports & Delivery schedules receiving from suppliers for the tangible goods to ensure that all required deliveries including the locally manufactured items and repair of damaged/non-conforming goods are met.
Coordinate with Quality Inspection Team for Goods Receiving Inspections.
Prepare Non Conformance Reports for the equipment failures on the rigs and assist quality engineers in the failure analysis / investigation.
Check the Quality Data books for the Manufacturing Standards, Material Data and Manufacturing Processes, Heat treatment, Chemical analysis data and Traceability sheets for all the components of the equipment.
To prepare & Handover the final quality documents to the production department after project completion
Facilitate repair of damaged and locally manufacturing and/or modified goods
Assist the Accounting department in solving discrepancies on Supplier invoices for procured materials.

Responsibilities:
Assist Quality Inspection team
In the field inspection of Wellhead equipment, Casing and tubing, BHA inspection, Liner Hanger & Packer system.
In the make up’s, testing and redressing of Drilling and Completion assemblies
To ensure all RasGas Goods returned from the RIG(s) are inspected, prepared for storage, and only acceptable Goods are placed back into inventory and non-conforming Goods are identified, documented, and placed in quarantine.
To check & send the materials to the rigs as per the requirement.
To Track the movement of the materials using SAP.
To check the condition of the materials stored on a weekly basis & report to Quality inspectors.
Supervised 4 helpers & 1 forklift driver.
