• Technical analyst on Optic fibre, category segmentation maintaining an online optical link for a period of 3 months. Responsibilities include diagnosing of network faults, software/hardware and distribution channel analysis culminating in the five year strategy.
• Studied the integrated distribution process and determine the optimal order capture, processing, fulfilment and delivery method. Resulted in 25% process efficiency improvement in month following implementation.

• Cabling & installing krone block DP/EXE brackets, Patch panels, MDF, IDF, Mini RSS, PGS remote/exchange unit, DCS 20-30
• Jointing of paper to lead U/G cables
• Switch programming and provisioning

• Extracting Cable/Line/Exch info. for new and existing subscribers
• Locating new/existing U/G and Aerial Cables on Geographical info. System
