Responsible for all planned and scheduled maintenance activities associated with the operation and including:
• Development of work plans for maintenance jobs with necessary information to document the work scope in work orders (PM, CO, BR and etc.), procure necessary parts and supplies, and to provide for the efficient scheduling, coordination, assignment and implementation of maintenance work.
• Preparation of Planning and maintenance information and performance reports as required
• Monitoring the work performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other performance measurement systems to develop and recommend methods for improving maintenance performance and managing backlog jobs.
• Work closely with vendors/contractors to ensure that they are aware of their work scope and on track with master schedule.
Scheduler/Cost Assistant Chirag DWG Asset 2000 -2004
• Development and maintenance of a single source of Chirag D&C Activity Data
• Performance Tracking & Benchmarking
• Coordinate invoice verification and approval processes
• Check the invoice back up & control the cost allocation process
• Get the technical & financial approval for invoices

• Cooperate with Accounting Department

• Preparation of service and purchase requests for contract variations.
• Raise on ad hoc basis the variations for all third-party contractors.
• Responsible for rising of major call off contracts with system vendors.
