Pre-Commissioning, Chemical Cleaning, scraping of lines, pickling and passivation of export lines
Execution of Pneumatic and Hydro testing, handling of all Test Packs and Scheduling of Testing Works.
Work Scope Scheduling and overseeing Quaility and enforcing Safety on Mega Methanol Project.
Pneumatic testing of the Oxygen plant, and overseeing erection and hydrotesting of subcontractors in terms of safety and quality at Labuan Malaysia and GOSP2 Saudi projects.
.Mechanical, piping and structural installation, Uranium 1 plant in Klerksdorp.
On-site purchases and claim submittals as well as month end claims.
Handling all TQ and relevant data that the field required for installation of various disciplines, liasing with clients and reporting to my seniors.
Overseing piping scope at Chevron Refinery CPT for the Clean Fuel Conversions Project .
Commissionoing concrete Batch Plants in Russia.
Erection of 2 Pump houses with 90 pumps and assosiated piping.
Installation of Sulphur Reduction plant and additional piping of shut down scope requirements.
Writing of and implementing procedures and method statements.

Responsible for the set-up and running of a fabrication shop.

Installation of calbe duct, sewer systems, retention walls and the laying of concrete roads and earth-moving for site preparations.

I recently completed my primavera 6 and a project management course. I am hoping broaden my experience in these fields. I know that my experience in planning and scheduling might not be what is asked on most jobs but given my previous hands on experience in the field I believe I am more than capable of doing such a job.
