Maintenance , Installation and services Troubleshooting & Repairing , Routine jobs , Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance

The major key responsibilities & accountabilities are :-
• Understand and troubleshooting Analyzers sample conditioning systems
• Review and recommend analyzers spare parts , and update analyzer documentation
• Interpret analyzers design changes and flow diagrams
• perform analyzer calibration /adjustment repair & service PM checks .
• Conduct analyzer validations and utilities operating conditions.
• Overhaul analyzers during normal operation under the supervision of analyzer Engineer .
• Analyzers sample conditioning system routine maintenance such as pumps, valves, actuators, flow meters, filters, etc.
Supporting day to day maintenance of analyzers and GCs.
Preparing maintenance schedule and modification of analyzers troubleshooting the critical problems and spare parts arrangement installation and commissioning & implementation of packages for the analyzers such as applications :-
1. Physical Property Process Analyzer System
2. Electrochemical Process Analyzer System
3. Spectrophotometeric Process Analyzer System
