Qualifying welding procedures, welder¡¦s performance, Fabrication & welding Inspection in the field of construction and Erection, Inspection of pressure vessels, storage tanks, process piping, pipelines, Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, & Documentation.
Piping Inspection during Construction & Maintenance as per P & ID with pipeline numbering system. Inspection
of offshore pipelines & Structure¡¦s.
Witnessing of hydrostatic / pressure testing of piping & valves. Materials Inspection.
Plant Inspection, Visual corrosion survey of piping & oilfield static equipments.
Familiar with good working knowledge, and use of International Codes and Standard
Possess good knowledge in the interpretation of ASME, API, ANSI, BS Codes & specifications applicable for
the Inspection of steel fabrication.

Painting Inspection:
Having good knowledge in Corrosion Inspection, Surface Preparation, Painting Systems, Inspection &
Using the Inspection Instruments & Gauges.
Supervision / Inspection duties covering grit blasting, mechanical cleaning to recognized international standard continual inspection of all coating related works, monitoring climatic conditions, ,measurement of film thicknesses, Destructive testing, Non destructive testing and Holiday testing etc,.
Preparing site inspection reports, annual maintenance survey report, attending QC meeting with clients and sub-contractors,
Responsible for ensuring QA/QC system is in accordance with project specification, monitoring all shop and field activities for painting.
NDT Background: Posses thorough practical knowledge in UT, RT, MT, PT & the operation of NDT equipments
UT: Flaw detection ¡V All configuration of welds, Forgings, Castings, die ¡Vblock & Corrosion survey of oilfield equipments.
RT: Radiation Safety Aspects, Radiographic techniques by both X & Gamma ray of welds, Castings& other components.
Radiographic Interpretation as per various acceptance standards.
MT & PT: Different configuration of welds, castings, forgings materials & etc.

Educational Qualification : B.SC (Bachelor of Science).

Technical Qualification : Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1) TWI.

Non Destructive Testing (NDT) : ASNT LEVEL II IN
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT),
• Radiography Testing (RT),
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT),
• Dye Penetrant Testing (PT),
• Radiography Film Interpretation (RTFI).

Professional Certification : Qualified Radiation Protection Officer.

Computer Knowledge : Microsoft Office Software.
