Electrical Technician / Electrical Supervisor

Looking for Challenging environment in Electrical field and in My Career.

· Reading of HT / LT Single line diagrams, Protection and metering diagrams, Switchgear control diagrams, Automatic transfer system, Motor control diagrams and interlocks diagrams.

· Reading knowledge of PLC diagrams, Control panel, Relay logic and logic gate diagrams.

· Co ordination with production peoples for following up normal startup and shutdown procedures in a continuous process industry.

· Involving in Preventive Maintenance scheduling and day-to-day Preventive Maintenance for Circuit breakers, Motors, Starter Modules and local control panels.

· Synchronizing, Operation cum Maintenance, Routine checkups of upto 11KV Turbine & Diesel Generator sets. Conducting periodical test run for Emergency Diesel Generators up to 13.8KV.

· Knowledge in safety procedures to work on electrical equipments.

· Performing Effective Maintenance of Electrical Equipments.

· Maintenance, Troubleshooting and servicing of Motor operated valves.

· Online/Offline of Preventive Maintenance of Transformers upto 230KV, 75MVA Offline Preventive Maintenance of HT / LT Circuit Breakers of SF6, VCB, ACB, MOCB, OCB, MCCB.

· Performing calibration of OLR relay, Ammeter & Transducer by Primary Current Injection kit and functional test of timers, Earth Fault, and lockout relays.

· Maintenance of Battery Charger and UPS. Installation and Maintenance of Batteries.

· Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Fire alarm system and paging system.

· Troubleshooting of faulty circuits and fixtures in the plant for illumination purposes.

· Maintenance of Cathodic Protection and Grounding system.

· Installation, Troubleshooting and maintenance of VFD and DC Drives.

· Experience in Gantry Crane, EOT Crane and various type of Cranes.

· PLC programming and trouble shooting in SIEMENS, OMRON and MITSUBISHI.

Diploma in Electrical and Electrionics Engineering.
