AS SAFETY OFFICER, SUPERVISOR/ CORDINATOR AND MANAGER

Preparation of Task Hazard control sheet for all Task using Task Hazard and Effect management process.
Participation in Pre-mob meeting/ Inspection.
Carrying out job hazard analysis in the site.
Validation of permit to work on daily basis.
Participation in audit Inspection.
Coordination of emergency drills in the sites.
Monitoring/ analyzing of in-vehicle monitoring devices.
Supervisor in charge of site HSE planning, execution, monitoring/ control and demobilization.
Organizing PEP Talks/ Tool box meeting in daily basis.
Preparation of emergency response procedure and contingency planning objectives.
Preparations of work break down structure and timing for HSE-MS development.
Inventorying of existing HSE documentation.
HSE training programming for staff.
Participation in accident investigation/ reporting.
Preparation of company HSE policy.
Carrying out of site unsafe acts intervention visits.
Maintenance of proper site waste management.
Organizing site induction training for new staff/ visitors.
Team leader in HSE annual plan, preparation and revision.
Planning/ implementation of HSE performance evaluation.
Track monthly HSE statistics/ performance indicator and produce monthly report and submit to clients.
Develop/ maintain HES data base.
Set corporate HSE targets each year and review them as planned.
