Project Management
? Project planning, scoping, activity sequencing & estimation, tracking and development of contingency plans to meet cost and time over-runs.
? Selecting appropriate technologies for development approach as well as implementing policies for the organization entailing restriction on recourses.
? Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress as well as managing and providing technical guidance/support to the project team.

Erection & Commissioning
? Installing and commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities; planning & effectuating maintenance schedules for equipments.
? Designing plant layout, making drawing, approving them and carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the plant/equipment.
? Conducting regular tests to ensure the performance capacity of various equipments and machineries in process plants and power plants.
? Planning and effecting predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules of various equipments to enhance the equipment reliability and increasing machine up time.

Process Improvement
? Identifying scope for:
o Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity.
o Modifications in equipments, consumables, power etc for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
? Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
? Modifying processes towards ensuring that the same will consistently produce products meeting pre-determined specifications and quality attributes.
? Performing preparatory works for the assembled injection moulding machine.
