Director General
Management the daily works of the directorate including preparation of technical reports , answer the questions in regard to ICAO requriments ,submitte engineering difficiencies to the technical sector in order to take the neccessary action to terminate these diffiecincies, reviewing the airport movement area electrical and civil designs to insure that they are complying with ICAO and relevant standards .
Prepare the Egyptian international airports to receive the coming international inspection by ICAO ..
Auditing the airports to be sure that they are complying with ICAO Recommendations.(Annex -14 and it,s relevant documentations which includes the civil and electrical engineering designs .)
Enhancement the international airports (Air side & Land side ) to meet the international standards.
Supervising the air ports projects to ensure the complyment of ICAO and international standards.
Preparing the airports certification manuals, Emergency plans and the safety management systems manual .
Completed the Introduction of Safety Management System manual.
Preparing the company safety management system (SMS) manual according to ICAO annnex -14 and Document No 9774 .
Preparing training program to the airports safety management dept. staff.
Suggesting the SMS structure in the airports to the company cabinet and.
Putting the safety policy of the company that is supporting the objectives of the safety
corporate value and continue the development of our safety culture by investment in people, facilities and equipment.
Developing a safety culture among sectors staff and relevant contractors.
Preparing clear safety accountabilities and responsibilities, appropriate training, increased safety awareness and conductive environment to constantly learn and improve on safety.
Putting the company safety management principles including the:
*Staff competency
· Preventive and Reactive Premedical Action
· Safety assessment.
· Safety culture and safety awareness

Preparing designs and modernization researches for airports besides to evaluation for
technical proposals.
Management of the new projects installation .
Performing factory acceptance tests and site commissioning tests for power electrical
equipment’s.
