JOB DISCRIPTION:

Well head operation and Maintenance:

Well control Panel operation, Well testing (2 phases and 3 phases)Liquid evaluation Test & Extended Production Test, Changing of orifice, Liquid and gas readings and calculations, Water cut sample collection and analysis. Well Equalization, Well opening through STORM CHOKE. Level Gauge cleaning etc. Pressure test of X-mas tree valves, Valve leak test of SSV, SSSV AND STORM CHOKE etc. Well casing pressure checks & De-pressurizing, Changing of fixed choke, & Adjustable choke. Testing of PSV [pressure safety valve]. Maintenance of Gate valves and actuators, Maintenance and Calibration of Chemical injection pumps.
