• Improve management system in order to achieve Client requirements, and make assurance to meet the dead line.
• Inspect and analyze the proposed construction project.
• Review the plans and project site once again to ensure that all changes have been made as required.
• Follow the project from start to finish and make any necessary changes along the way.
• Ensure that procedure is being followed and check on safety features of the project during the time it is being completed.
• Initiates or participates in short-range or long-range planning and makes independent decisions on engineering policies and procedures within an overall program;
• Gives technical advice to management and operating departments;
• May take detailed technical responsibility for product development and provision of specialized engineering systems, facilities and functions;

Coordinates work programs; and directs or advises on use of equipment and material.
