QA/QC Engineer/Civil Engineer

•Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractor
•Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
•Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection undertaken
•Review all inspection reports for compliance
•Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested
•Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions
•Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
•Assist the site subcontractor in the resolution of drawing interpretation
•Attend the weekly QC meetings
•Review work procedures, method statements and approved drawings for compliance with good work practices and the client contract specializations
•Compete site quality instructions to subcontractor when required
•Compliance with site’s health and safety regulations
•Preparing inspection test plan and method statement of the project
•Inspection and checking all materials in accordance with the required specifications
•Review and checking the shop drawings for consultant approvals for construction
•Site inspection and checking works inspection request paper for on going construction works such as piling work, casting and pile testing
•Very well experience in all Pile testing required like Caliper Logging Test, Cross Hole Sonic Test, Dynamic Load Test, Static Load Test (Compression & Tension) and Integrity Test.
•Write reports of daily work accomplishment of the on going progress reports
•Plan the work based on two weeks schedule
•Checked the material take off based on construction drawings and correct specification of materials
•Prefer man powers schedule based on bar chart application
•Prefer mobilization and de-mobilization of man powers and equipment for the project
•Prefer work progress weekly reports
•Emphasize always safety work condition of worker and equipment

Graduate in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from June, 1997 to April, 2002 (5 yrs.)

Board passer as a Professional Civil Engineer last November 22 & 23, 2002 with license No. 0094915 at the Professional Regulatory Commision

With knowledge in Primavera P3, MS Office and AutoCAD R14, 2007 & 2008
