Refinery project Alkylation unit working as Shift Supervisor 2 Years
Alkylation is a reaction of C4/C3 olefin and C4 paraffin to produces Alkylate of capacity 83000KBPSD
This is Octane buster of gasoline.
Working with Refinery unit pre commissioning activity of Alkylatation unit, like P&IDs, Isometric review, ESD review, HAZOP Review, system file pre commissioning Preparedness activity etc…
3D Model of a plant checked and review, find mismatch with Isometric, P&IDs and as per requirement of site location.
Control narratives for complex loop review and updated.
Simulation Modeling for Alkylation process, Butamer unit, DIOS unit, Fraction unit successfully done, with HONEYWELL Unisim software.
Participation in FAT (DCS) activities with INVENSYS, as well as SAT activities, Control Logic, ESD loop checking Activities, etc…
Emergency procedure, SOP writing, Hydro test loop, system flashing plan, piping monitoring system preparation done.
Day to day safety observation of erection job, Equipment GA drawing checking, column internal job done, compressor erection, Rotary Equipment erection activities done safely , safety permit and RA sheet issued for each activity
Writing SOP, Review risk Assessment for each Job, Procedure writing, devolved and implemented.
Done Positive Material Identification for equipments, PSSR completed for new plant, loop checking for instrumentation , SAT activity done
Fractionation of C3/C4 splitter, C3 splitter , Deethaniser operation ,Propylene treaters and regeneration activity
Familiars with F&G detective safety system of gas sensor, fire detector, toxic release. Fusion loops, Firefighting systems of MVWSS and DELUGE Valve systems.
Schedule job working, unsafe condition analysis, MCMS system operation, ESD working operation, and pre-maintenance of equipment activity.

2. Experience with ATV projects India Ltd. As Panel operator 1.5 years
Styrene Butadiene rubber plant. 150 MT per day
compressor, Ex traders and apron dryer. Control reaction and distillation operation with DCS (YAKOGAWA CENTUM XL)
