Responsible for the management of all site Electrical Engineer activities, including client relations (Qatar Petroleum) labour relation, security budget, schedules, subcontractors, changes, technical/contractual compliance, HSC, staffing resources, invoicing and etc.
This project includes 220KV, 33KV, 6.6KV, 3.15KV&415V Electrical substation, Variable speed drive systems, High capacity pumps Electrical Constructions and commissioning. Also in this project done the new chlorination plant Constructions and commissioning in sea water system.
This Project includes HT, LT & Control Cable laying, Glanding, Termination of Cables and Earthing System of the Plant. Constructions of Lighting Arrestor, switch gear panels, transformer, bus duct, MCC panels, Compressors, uninterrupted power supply. During installation time I have done the insulation resistance test of transformer and ratio test and transformer earthing tests.
Preparing testing reports, Commissioning JB’ s and Plc Panel erection and than checking Rooting execution of Trays, Cables for respective Equipments, and Instruments at Site. In this company to monitoring the installation procedure and inspection test plan and inspection test request preparation of electrical equipments like transformer, LV & HV panels, ups and other electrical distribution Substation equipments. Handling Single line drawings, Equipment layout drawings,
Constructions and testing of plant CP system. Preparation of various
Electrical & instrumentation system, testing and completion packages. Constructions and troubleshooting of EOT Crane,Hydralic Crane, pneumatic cylinder, Valves and Pumps,Mov Valves.
