Responsibilities and Duties
„« In - Charge of the Fresh & Long life Products, to ensure the timely - quality wise and quantity wise - despatch.
„« Prepare weekly and daily planning including process plan, filling & packing plan based on the order position.
„« Deals with 11 fresh filling machines, 9 long life filling machines and 3 pasteurizers for fresh products and 5 pasteurizers for Long life products with more than 200 SKU
„« Interactions with sales, quality, productions and despatch team on a daily basis.
„« Actively participates in the daily meeting for the Factory Manager, Plant manager, production managers, production departmentsˇ¦ heads, engineering & maintenance manager and quality control to discuss plan activities, production improvements and highlighting key issues and action plans there after.
„« Validate and evaluate despatch status on a daily basis and carryout necessary actions to ensure the customer satisfaction.
„« Doing effective manpower planning to reduce the cost of the company
„« Coordinate with engineering and projects dept to plan shutdown for maintenance and new projects to ensure the efficiency and quality of the machines.
„« Directly reporting to the Sr. Manager (Production Planning)
