Construction Supervisor or Project manager

In my 21 years professional experience I held positions as project management and coordination of civil construction and mechanical facilities.

• Project Manager – Focal point with client, financial management in KPI system (Key Performance Indicator); monitoring and management of annex services (HSE, Supervision, QS, PE, QA/QC, Work shop, sub-contractors); contractual compliance; logistics (land and marine transport); project Study, final compliance and invoicing; reporting and meeting.
• Construction Supervisor:
a. Client position: Analysis and request of estimates (Scope of Work); Execution control of HSE under PTW system (Permit to Work); QA/QC; worktime compliance; audits; Invoicing and final acceptance certificate; reporting and meeting. Closing with the old contractor, introducing of new contractor.
b. As Contractor: onsite management of teams and equipment, sub-contractors, works progress compliance, stocks & procurement

• Quantity Surveyor « Cost Controller » – Processing of work estimate; analysis of work progress and costs; management of project cost accounting; monitoring of contractual compliance; budget planning.
• PE Planning Engineer – Execution planning and schedule monitoring during activities. Look ahead week’s schedule.
• QA/QC Controller - ISO 9001 "PAQ and PGES". Raising of methods statement; works executed control, certification of materials in accordance with contract; planning of working phases; regulatory code compliance; management of laboratory tests and surveyors. Internal technical audit.
• HSE:
a. Client position: JHA and MS raising; request of mechanical and electrical isolation; confined space; gas tests; processing and analysis of HSE plans, monitoring of PPE (personal protective equipment); accident/incident analysis (fountain system). Stop card and goal zero card system.
b. As Contractor: - ISO 14000 – JHA and MS raising; MEP (Medical Evacuation Plan and procedure); first aid; fire procedures; processing and analysis of HSE plans, monitoring of PPE (personal protective equipment); stop card and goal zero card system.
