Conduct Manpower planning, forecasting, and monitor approved Manpower Establishment to align with the organization’s effective people management.
Directs and monitors labour clearance/visa availability for expatriate. Prepares and controls annual budget.
Deals and assess manpower suppliers and evaluate its agreement.
Responsible in implementing a complete Recruitment Strategy spanning.
Hands on involvement with every stage of recruitment to deploy the resources from worker to BU head levels.
Partner with Business Unit Heads and other Managers to develop recruitment plans, processes, measures and reporting.
Develop and implement plans that assist the Business Units with providing information on the company, its policies, benefits and available opportunities.
Oversee the process of interviewing to ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.
Work on annual recruitment budget and monitor expenditures to comply with budgetary limitations.
Handle special/confidential assignments assigned by Management time to time if required.
