Testing of construction materials such as soils, cement, concrete, aggregates and bitumen test as per AASHTO, ASTM and BS test procedure and able to perform trial concrete mix design work. Prepare test report and graph by using computer.

Details of Laboratory Testing Carried Out as Per AASHTO, ASTM & BS Test Procedure:

Sampling: Aggregate, Soil & Concrete from various site.

Soil Testing: Grain Size Analysis (Hydrometer & Wash method), Atterberg Limits, Proctor & California Bearing Ratio, Specific Gravity and Field Density Test by using Sand Cone as per ASTM & AASHTO Standard, Sub-Soil Investigation work.

Aggregates: Sieve Analysis, Water Absorption, Unit Weight, Specific Gravity, Los Angeles Abrasion Value, Aggregate Crushing Value, Aggregate Impact Value & Ten Percent Fines Value.

Concrete: Slump Test, Trial Concrete Mix Design, Making Concrete Cylinder or Cube in the Field & Compressive Strength Test of Cylinder or Cube.

Cement: Normal Consistency & Setting Time, Compressive Strength Test.

Bitumen: Penetration Test, Softening Point, Spray Rate & Some knowledge about Asphalt Concrete Mix design.

Brick: Water Absorption, Compressive Strength Test.
