WEATHERFORD OIL TOOL M.E. LTD manufacturer of oil tools, equipment and services provider. Working with WEATHERFORD OIL TOOL since May 2007 to till now.
Currently working as:

SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

• Supervising Independent TRS jobs as and when required.
• Have supervised a number of well completion jobs involving very critical space out.
• Serving Weatherford as a senior service technician in the TUBULAR RUNNING SERVICE product line.
• Working as tong operator ranging from 2-3/8 inch to 20 inch carbon steel and chrome tubular.
• Worked at almost all the locations in Pakistan and served all the major known clients like B.H.P, OMV, ENI, B.P, PETRONAS, OGDCL, MOL, PPL, PEL etc.
• Current field assignments include receiving, inspection and checking, rig-up, operation, troubleshooting, rig- down and dispatch.
• Representing and promoting the brand image of Weatherford by getting customer satisfaction through error free jobs the first time every time.
• Apart from usual tong operations I am also performing other key operations like Stabbing, JAM and Pickup and Lay down chrome handlings.
• Also operated hydraulic cat-walk used for the first time in Pakistan.
• Working on Projects for minimizing rig operation time; for the first time we have Supervised and Operated successfully “Hydraulic Cat Walk” in MENA Region.
• Also possess excellent knowledge of over drive system.
• Involved in the documentation of loading note verification, toolbox talk card, safety meetings, and documentation and seeking job tickets signatures from customer representative along with feed backs for satisfaction or improvement.
• To ensure the implementation of quality and reliability in operations.
• Initiate and ensure compliance in procedures like work permit, working at heights, Energy isolation, vehicle safety and other relevant procedures.
• Getting customer feedbacks and analysis for monitoring deviations from the standard.
• Proper risk assessments for each procedure adopted while rig operation.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule for machines and equipment used in TRS.
• Have done lots of bucking jobs for different companies.
• Have done lots of RIGLESS jobs of various sizes.
• I have done more than 300 jobs of TRS.
