IT/Telecoms Project Manager

•Managing IT & Telecoms Infrastructure Projects projects from the initial proposal to the final operation and closeout including monitoring the progress of projects,tracking status ,in addition to anticipating potential problems and challenges ,then taking the required corrective actions.
•Analysis, design, planning, Implementation of Siemens TNMS(optical network management system for element/network/service layer of SDH and DWDM Siemens Equipment) for achieving Fault, configuration ,performance, security and accounting Management .
•Managing daily operations of the Processing Transaction Payment, which include voice and data communications, internet/intranet, ATM /POS Driving, hardware, operating systems and DataBase
•Development of project plans, staffing and scheduling.
•Analysis, design, planning, implementation and configuration, IT Infrastructure data communication and IT infrastructure security systems.
•Direct and lead in daily IT operational and maintaining activities.
•Advanced Network Elements configuration & implementation of LAN and WAN
•Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving the network problems.
•Configuring Routers(1600,2500,2600,3745 and 7200 cisco series) ,Switches(Cisco Cat. 2950,Cat.3550 and 4000 series.) ,Remote Access Concentrator, Terminal Server, NTU,STUand Modems (different vendors such as Motorola ,Nortel,3Com ,Synoptic,IBM and AT&T).
•Installing and configuring the following system :
silicon Graphics (SGI),NCR,SCO, IBM (AIX) Unix ,Data Base Oracle ,HP open view Management System and TNMS Management system.
•Installation and configuring internet services (IIS,Proxy,Mail Server,Domain name server,web server,Radius and Tacacs ).
•Designing and implementing Security solution for detecting,fixing and predicting the network threats.
•Receiving and review RFP Reponses, well as Building and developing the right/required design.
