Instrument Technician Supervisor

• Almost 12 years of experienced in instrumentation Process and Control in different Saudi ARAMCO Oil & Gas Refinery projects, located in both onshore & offshore plants. Also to various petrochemical plants of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) at Jubail Saudi Arabia industrial area. And 4 years local experienced in pneumatic controls at IWAHORI Philippines Inc. (Butane Gas Disposable lighter manufacturer) Located at Bataan Export Processing Zone Mariveles 2105 Bataan, Philippines.
• Carries out supervision in different process instruments bench & field calibration, installation of equipments and termination of power & control cables for the conventional and foundation FIELDBUS control system. Pre-commissioning and trouble shooting of process instruments to ensure all instrumentation components are in full operational prior to plant commissioning. And to make sure all relevant permits are raised and received before the execution of work activities in accordance with company safety procedures and manufacturer's recommendations, ensuring that all precautions are taken to isolate equipment prior to commencing work, following all safety instructions and notices, and wearing protective equipment at all times
• Carries out assisting system engineers on site in performing site acceptance test (SAT) of different control system like Honeywell distributed control system, BENTLY Nevada Vibration Control System (VMS-3500 series), TRICONEX Emergency Shutdown System (ESD-1131), Yokogawa CENTUM CS 3000, and BOUSTED/Tyco Fire & Gas Control System, etc.
• Responsible in the DCS operation during loop testing of process instruments on field. Carry-out the distribution of daily work activities to different testing groups for the client final inspection. Trouble shooting and repair of pneumatic control system instruments in the assigned field and workshop, such as transmitters, control valves, shut down devices and gas detectors. Also carries out routine/preventive maintenance of vibration controllers and safety equipments.
• Competent to interpret different types of instrumentation drawings like P&ID, ILD, logic drawings, cause & effect, instrument hook-ups, instrument location drawings, wiring termination schedule, specification or data sheet, and other related drawings which we used for the installation, construction and commissioning.

Conducted @ the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific – AMOSUP Seamen’s Training Center Mariveles Bataan, Philippines. (05-Jul-04 to 13-Jul-04)
• Basic Calibration, trouble shooting and configuration set-up of key parameters for Masoneilan and Fisher control/shutdown valve. Conducted @ Jubail Saudi Arabia Industrial area K.S.A.
• Basic simulation, testing and I/O addressing of smoke & gas detectors of BOUSTED/TYCO fire & gas control system and configuration set-up of VESDA smoke detectors. Including FM-200 chemical and deluge system response to fire. Conducted at Saudi ARAMCO ZULUF GOSP-2 OFFSHORE plant.
• Basic Training Course in Welding Technology. Conducted at Bataan National School of Arts & Trades (BNSAT)/Balanga City, Philippines. (04-Jul-88 to 24-Oct-88).
• Advance training course for the operation of lathe machine, milling machine and surface grinder. Held at IWAHORI Philippines Incorporated Mariveles, Philippines.
