1. Carried out minor and major overhaul of mechanical rotating equipment all type of the pump, maintain and overhauling at the plant and workshop, during overhaul always base on standard operating procedure (SOP), including manual and check sheet, dismantling and assembling process, from remove at site and bring to workshop for overhaul and fixed back to site.
2. Overhaul sundyne high speed pump with internal gear box.
3. Overhaul gas compressor (Reciprocating) adjusting clearance of piston to cylinder and cover head, check ring piston condition, check the inlet and outlet valve and installation like bearing, sealing system and etc.
4. Overhaul centrifugal blower suck as replacement bearing, check dimension and run out of shaft, at bearing position, impeller position, and hub coupling position.
5. Overhaul cooling tower fan unit, assembling and disassembling gear box, check slope of the blade.
6. Overhaul some gear box with internal check as backlist and end ply of gear and shaft.
7. Alignment job including reverse indicator system, rim and face system, and laser combination.
8. Overhaul dismantling and assembling sealing system for all rotating equipment: Single seal and Double seal (Tandem, face to face, back to back), and Gland packing.
9. Preventive maintenance.
10. Pressure relief valve calibration, repair kind of manual valve including ball valve, glove valve, non return valve, gate valve, sliding valve and butterfly valve.
11. Test leak system of cooler cube and exchanger.
